Mr. Peiris who was employed in two leading Financial institutions in the Finance Company and Housing Finance Sectors in Sri Lanka was the Director/General Manager of Seylan Merchant Leasing PLC, a subsidiary of Seylan Merchant Bank PLC which position he held up to the time of its divestiture to Peoples Leasing Company in 2009.
He was the Executive Director of SMB Leasing PLC after being invited to the said Board in 2007 as a Director.

Mr. Peiris holds Board positions in several corporates and is the Chairman of Nestor Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. and a Director of Kenanga Investment Corporation Limited.

He possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector, especially in the fields of credit management and leasing, counting over 30 years in the industry. Mr. Peiris is an Associate Member of the Institute of Credit Management of Sri Lanka.

Mr. Rohan Senanayake is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom and a fellow member of the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Mr Senanayake counts over 25 years of experience in financial markets including insurance, stockbroking, fund management and corporate finance. Mr. Senanayake was the Deputy Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of SMB Leasing PLC (formally known as Seylan Merchant Bank PLC) and Seylan Merchant Leasing PLC and Head of Investments of Ceylinco Insurance (Life). He was the Managing Director of Orient Capital Limited and also was the Director of Leasing Association of Sri Lanka from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Senanayake holds a number of Board positions serving in the capacity of Chairman/Managing Director/Director including Kenanga Investment Corporation Limited and SMB Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and as an investment committee member at Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd. He is also an advisor and consultant to Orient Finance PLC.

The company operations are headed by Mr N Nandun Jayatillake as the Chief Executive Officer. He who holds an MBA, has more than 30 years industry experience. Mr Jayatillake began his career with Lanka Securities (Pvt) Ltd as a trainee Stock Broker in the year 1991. In 2006 after obtaining the Trading Member License Mr Jayatillake became the first CEO of the company.

K.Shankaramoorthy is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and he holds his MBA from Post Graduate Institute of Management (Sri Jayewardenepura). He holds position of Senior AGM-Financial Services at Ceylinco General Insurance Ltd and part of senior management of the Company. His experience mainly involves financial management, financial reporting, Risk management, Compliances, Auditing. He has been a lecturer for Chartered Exams for long period. He is an active member of Finance and Technical committee of Insurance Association.

Mr.Premaratne Morage became an Associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Sri Lanka in 1990. he is also a fellow member of the institute of certified management Accountants of Sri Lanka. After completing 4 years training period at Ernst & Youngs He joined Sri Lanka Telecom as Deputy General manager Finance Since 1990.

Having worked at Sri Lanka Telecom for 5 years he joined Ceylinco Insurance PLC in 1995 and presently he works as Deputy General Manager Finance.

Mr. W.A.W.C. Wijesinghe holds the position General Manager business development at Ceylinco Life
He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry holds an MBA (AUS) and LUTCF (USA) CIAM

Mr. Keragala counts over 22 years of experience in telecommunication and Life Insurance including contact center management, Operations Management, Marketing, Communication, Digital Channel Management. He serves currently in the capacity of DGM Digital transformation & Alternative Channels.

He also serves Premier Wealth Management Limited in the capacity of Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Keragala was previously heading the customer relations division who is primarily responsible is to manage the relationship aspect of Ceylinco Life Policyholders. He was instrumental in implementing a customer relationship management system (CRM) in Ceylinco Life and many other digitalization initiatives.

He is a Chartered Marketer (CIM. UK) – Chartered Institute of Marketing United Kingdome and Currently reding for MBA at Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) Sri Jayewardenepura he was an active toastmaster in Ceylinco Life Toastmasters club and held the post of VP membership for Ceylinco Life Toastmasters Club.

Mr. Hemantha has a BSc Management (Public) Special Degree with Second Class honors from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Professional qualifications include being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Associate member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Certified Tax Advisor.

He started his career form KPMG Sri Lanka and Maldives as an audit trainee. Since then, he served for Singapore Informatics Computer Institute (Pvt.) Ltd., Ceylinco Healthcare Services Ltd., Golden Key Hospitals Ltd. (on secondment) and Ceylinco insurance PLC (Life division).

Currently he serves as AGM – Financial Operations and Compliance of Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd and as a Director of Premier Wealth Management Limited.

He possesses over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Finance.

Mr. Sathyajith Wijeyapura join the board of Directors of Nestor Stock Brokers (Pvt) Limited from 2019.

Currently he functions as the General Manager of Ceylinco General Insurance Limited with an Employment period of over 32 years.

He was instrumental in setting up Ceylinco Insurance Company Limited in Maldives from the year 2000 and functions as its’ Executive Director. He represent the Boards of many Associate Companies of Ceylinco General Insurance. He started his carrier in the field of Sales at Lever Brothers Ceylon Limited in 1985.

After completion of his higher education he successfully obtained Executive Diploma in business Administration from the University of Colombo and completed Diploma in Marketing Management from the National University of Singapore. He also possess a Diploma on Management from the Hospitality University of Hungary.

He was also instrumental in obtaining associate ships with many leading international insurers for Sri Lanka and Maldives.
